10.6.07, Dan & Sarah's wedding
Yesterday was Dan & Sarah's beautiful wedding. It was a tad warm for October 6th! I got an early start at Cascade Hills Country Club setting up the ballroom. The couple rented brown table linens and moss green napkins, which provided a fantastic backdrop for the beautiful centerpieces. I spent 4 hours setting up the ballroom and it was to die for! Then it was off to the church to send people down the aisle!
Everyone looked stunning. Of course the bride, Sarah, was beyond gorgeous. Her gown had a lace bodice, a satin skirt and she wore a wide sash in the middle with a dainty pearl brooch. Stunning! The bridesmaids wore brown floor length gowns with a moss green sash and a green brooch. And the men were in black tuxedos with brown vents except Dan, the groom, wore an ivory vest.
Some of the Details
The Flowers The bride choose to work through Andicott for her flowers. Sarah & her sister had several years of floral experience and the bouquets, bouts, corsages, arrangements and centerpieces were of professional quality. They were gorgeous and SO fragrant.

The Favors They couple opted for a personal shared treat--Caramel Apples from Verhage Farms in Kalamazoo. They were divine and none were left behind. I ate mine last night when I got home and believe me--they were good. I wish I had another for today!
The Photog Amy Carroll rocked her new lens last night and I've already seen some great shots on her blog.
The DJ James Littell of D. James Productions provided a great night of music. No cheesy tactics to get people on the dance floor. Complete class.
The Reception The Cascade Hills Country Club ballroom is absolutely stunning. Huge chandeliers, windows, windows and more windows, and the changing fall leaves on the trees in the backdrop made for a beautiful evening.
