My friend, Sarah and I went to see 27 Dresses on Friday afternoon. The theater was packed and I'm going to assume it did pretty well at the box office this weekend. Katherine Heigl does a great job in the role of Jane and her super cute costar, James Marsden, is fun to watch as well.
Throughout the whole movie, Jane is wearing a yellow-gold necklace with what looks to be a tiny diamond in the middle, dangling from a dainty chain. If anyone knows more about this gorgeous piece, I'd love to know too. I tried googling it already, but to no avail. From time-to-time, she adds a monogrammed "J" necklace, but I'm interested in the first one. THANKS!

I, too, am on the hunt for both those wonderful necklaces! If you find out, PLEASE drop a note on my blog. I'll be your faithful reader forever! I'm also hoping to find that super cute Moschino cardigan. I found a site that is supposedly selling real bits out of the wardrobe, and the necklace and starfish earrings are listed as "gold-colored" not gold. Maybe we're searching too high end? It is Helen Ficalora (www.helenficalora.com). About 98% of the jewelry in the movie is Helen Ficalora. So, all those great earrings came from her as well. The website of course does not show any of the stuff. The heart necklace is a tiny, tiny locket (but not big enough for a picture) and cost $150 chain not included ($70 or $80). Sometimes the locket was layered with an initial charm ($105) and a flower charm ($105) and these are on the website. If you click on ordering and then click on charms and donation prices a price list will come up for items on the website. I called to order today and it has already been shipped out. Just call and describe the jewerly from the movie you liked. There is a store in Beverly Hills and New York. I also found this link to a necklace that was seen on The Hills and you can order it from the link.

I have no comments about the necklace, but this movie was way cute than I expected and had pre-judged it for! plus he was just too cute for words. :)
