details after the wedding

In my previous post about Jessica's card "box", I talked about using the vase after the wedding. Here are my favorite photos from Pottery Barn that do just that. May I introduce to you the beautiful Bosphorus Vases. Lovely.

Aletha! I have always loved how ornaments look in clear glass vases.

I actually visited a catering company this afternoon and had to set up a buffet display. I used this decorative idea for a Christmas theme. It was gorgeous.

Thanks for the inspiration!

I love the ornament idea, it's fast, cheap and easy... but most importantly, it looks gorgeous!

Thanks for the tip... I suppose I should start to get my Christmas decor out this weekend... sigh.

This is also one of my favorites, I love the simplicity of vases filled with colorful ornaments. I just went to Pier 1 last night to get some new curvy vases to fill with ornaments for my holiday bash. Great Post Aletha!!!

They look very effective- thank you for sharing.

I have a garage with heaps of vases gathering dust, I know what to do with them now! xx
