Weekend Eye Candy

The next installment of Weekend Eye Candy is courtesy of Lisa Kae Photography from the wedding of Abby & Ben on 8-16-08.

There are so many great details from this wedding, I loved looking through the images Lisa dropped off. The navy & tangerine linens on the cocktail tables are fabulous, and I am head-over-heels for their polka dot cake. And did you notice their monogram theme even made its way onto the hem of the Abby's dress? Completely lovely!

Ben & Abby planned this whole wedding themselves. They live in In Indianapolis and Lisa saw all the works-in-progress when she traveled down there to to shoot their engagement photos... Here's what Abby wrote about her own wedding:

"My husband and I dated for a total of 8.5 years before we finally got married and I always said the longer he waited the better it would be. . .and was it ever! We were married up in northern Michigan in Petoskey with a our reception in Bay Harbor. We had a Lutheran wedding with the most wonderful pastor, a tented reception near the marina and the most wonderful group of guests at our sides. . ."
