Back to Normal...
Life over the past two weeks has been busy for me - and I will not lie, I'm not used to being away from home without Greg. Although I enjoy road trips, especially when it involves hanging out with some awesome wedding pros, today I realized there are no travel plans soon and that makes me happy.
We had our second wedding of the season yesterday and it turned out quite well. You'll see the recap tomorrow and more photos later this week. The couple hired an amazing lineup of vendors and it was great working with everyone involved.
Today is Easter and we spent the lovely Spring day with family - Greg's family for lunch and my parent's home for a bit of catching up this evening. It felt great to drive home on the back roads with the sunroof open, taking in all the green grass and flowers popping up everywhere.
This week I'm looking forward to coffee with various vendors, dinner with my best girlfriends, an MWEP meeting, Kate's head shots with Kelly Braman, and working on our media plan with Kate. Intern Amy is working on a super fun project that was inspired by Eventology 2009 and we hope to launch soon, and I'm working on a tiny new venture, which I plan to share with you shortly.
Our next event isn't until May (Teri & Jeff's lake shore wedding!) and we're looking forward to dissecting both great workshops we've attended, getting a bit more organized in our office, and relaxing a bit before our busy season begins. There is a lot of fun things on the blog this week, so stay tuned...

Sometimes I feel like we're running parallel companies. I just had my second wedding of the year on Saturday. Sounds like it went well! Hope you had a great Easter.
