Food Stylist for the Day
If I wasn't a West Michigan wedding planner, I'd be a food stylist, with an emphasis in chocolate. What could be better than surrounding myself with chocolate every day, especially when we're talking about Vita Dolce's delightful goodies? Um...nothing!
I had the pleasure of assisting Dana & Jessie from Vita Dolce with a photoshoot a couple of weeks ago. Daniel J. Pesta hosted the three of us at his studio for a day of organizing, photographing, rearranging and then, finally, eating chocolate. It was a fabulous afternoon with a great group of professionals. Above is the results of our hard labor of love.
I'm not going to lie - I had a complete blast making sure each morsel was lined up on the platters, evenly spaced and looking their best. We experimented with flowers, vases, backdrops, platters, lighting, and locations.

masterpieces of chocolate. what a fun job it would be to make, package, display such treasures. seriously, they are so beautiful!
Michelle - isn't that bird so cute? It's a little whistle and they put one in each basket order "just because". I love that little detail!
