Weekend Eye Candy

Kristen of K. Holly Studios recently shot the wedding of Lauren & Josh in Battle Creek, Michigan. Lauren was a DIY bride and created many of the details herself. I loved the black & white with touches of teal throughout the day. Kristen told me it was a fabulous Spring day in Michigan - absolutely perfect for a Spring wedding.

The picture-perfect cake was by Continental Bakery in Battle Creek. And the bride's sister-in-law, Jessica Alamdari and sister, Lis Morehart, created all of the bouquets. The tie around Lauren's bouquet was in memory of her father who passed away a few years ago.

I hope you enjoy this modern DIY wedding as much as I did when I saw it on K. Holly Studio's blog.

Oooooh! Those escort cards are so dainty! I love the little touch of teal she added. What a vision!
