I will select two winners, at random, and you'll get to chose from a fun mouse pad (some shown above) or a set a coasters (which are also super-cute!) - check out the offerings here, and enter to win by commenting on this post by Friday, August 28th at midnight.

I'll announce the winners on Monday, August 31st.

oh my goodness! i adore them...

okay my fav work-free day in the summer starts with coffee on my front porch while still in my pjs, then a bike ride to the farmers market, and the rest of the day is spent with a book poolside.

sweetchicevents Aug 17, 2009 4:57:00 PM

Those are so purty!!

Hrmm, a work-free day? Wander around a bookstore and a multiple movie marathon at the theater!

A favorite way to spend a work-free day in the summer is to go with my girlfriend and her daughter to the Michigan Fiber Fest in Allegan where we can see cute Alpacas, and rabbits, and sheep and the yarn and sweaters that they help make.

Wow! A Saturday off in the summer? THAT would be a treat :)

I would first of all, start the morning off going to garage sales (LOVE a good bargain). Then enjoy time with my family. NOT worrying about everything that has to be done :)

Kristina Aug 17, 2009 5:14:00 PM

Too cute! Well, since I pretty much have every day in the summer off- perk of being a teacher :)- my favorite way to spend it is to sleep in, go to the pool with mom and sisters and then have dinner at home with my husband.

kristen holly Aug 17, 2009 5:42:00 PM

Le gasp! Are those wienerdogs on that mousepad?! I must win! :) My favorite way to spend a work-free day in the summer is with my wienerdog Lexi at the dog beach in Muskegon! :)

These are adorable! Thanks for sharing the link! My favorite work-free day in the summer is spent sleeping in, hanging out in the pool with my kids all afternoon, then getting a pizza and watching a movie in the comfort of our living room. :)

Ooh super cute! Work free summer days are best spent sleeping in, hitting the beach, and grabbing some ice cream!

Who doesn't love a cute set of coasters!?!? Too cute! :)

Hmmm...what I would do on a work-free day in the summer?

I would love to wake up the the smell of the fresh summer air, followed by a trip to the salon (which would be outside, beach-side, in the shade, of course!) where I would be pampered all day long (mani, pedi, massage, the WORKS!) and served fruits and margaritas! Hey, a girl can dream, right?!? :)

As you can see, I think about this quite often. ;)

Bree Aug 17, 2009 7:38:00 PM

Cute! The Yellow and Grey fabric was a big part of my wedding. It'd be such a fun memento!

My favorite way to spend a work-free day in the summer is at the farmer's market and getting frozen yogurt.

Kate Aug 17, 2009 8:43:00 PM

love it!

A great day off = a lunch in the park with my husband followed by a little sewing and finishing the day off with a movie & wine :)

Melly Aug 17, 2009 9:13:00 PM

Ahhh summer - sunshine, a nice breeze, warm grass...

I spend my summer sundays outside in my cottage garden laying on the grass with a good book and a glass of chilled Moscato. Yum.

It has been SO fun reading all of your "perfect summer days" so far - keep 'em coming :)

abby Aug 17, 2009 10:30:00 PM

My idea of a "perfect work free summer day" would consist of a cup of delicious, home brewed coffee on my back bedroom porch. Then I'd head to a sweet little area of super cute shops where I'd boutique and antique shop until around 11am. Then I'd meet my sweet sissy, a few girlfriends for a delightful light lunch. I'd then run home, grab my cute hubby and our puppy and we'd head to the beach! (Probably Oval Beach in Saugatuck, because they allow dogs!) We'd spend the afternoon at the beach, then we'd hunt around the cute little shops in Saugatuck before heading back home to BBQ with friends at our house! That's a perfect day if I've ever heard of one - especially in the summer. . .fun with friends and sunshine!

Lauren Aug 18, 2009 12:27:00 AM

my perfect "free" day would start out by waking up to my honey (he's currently a 20+ hour car drive away!) we'd then laze about, make a HUGE breakfast (my favorite meal of the day)then head out to one of the many art fairs around austin/madison. hey, a girl's gotta decorate her walls someway!

Christina Aug 18, 2009 7:22:00 AM

Very cute. A fun pattern on something so simple that you see everyday helps to make things more fun and so much character.

Spark Creative Photography Aug 18, 2009 8:19:00 AM

These mouse pads are SO fun! I really want one of the rounds ones! My perfect work-free day in the summer would consist of a leisurely morning on the back porch with my hubby, then some rummage sales, and it would end with ice cream on the beach of Lake Michigan.

Meghann Aug 18, 2009 8:39:00 AM

I adore Mod4!!! A perfect work free day during the summer would include spending time with my children and hubby playing all day and heading to the beach!!!

Heather Aug 18, 2009 8:39:00 AM

So cute!

My favorite way to spend a work-free day is to sleep in just a little bit, have a nice breakfast (must have bacon), go for a bike ride, and out for ice cream.

Will and Kathryn Aug 18, 2009 8:48:00 AM

A work-free summer day. Well for starters - I can't imagine having one! I don't get those :( However, if I did....it would start by sleeping in. It would then move to the beach with a book in hand. Sun + a good book = happy Kathryn. Conclusion - a cookout with friends eating burgers, potato salad, corn on the cob, and an oberon. Ahhh....I want a work free summer day!!!

PS - her items are adorable! I love Etsy!

Lori Aug 18, 2009 8:58:00 AM

My perfect work day free day would start with sleeping in; then, i would venture to Starbucks to get a coffee for myself and my fiancee. I would love to cook a nice breakfast and spend the rest of the afternoon enjoying the nice weather, if possibly we would venture to a beach and taking my dog for walks, sitting and talking and relaxing..then, I would love to get all refreshed and go out for a nice dinner, probably Italian food!

Heather Aug 18, 2009 10:35:00 AM

cute!

My favorite way to spend a non-working day in the summer would be to sleep in at the cottage, have a big breakfast, and then spend the day boating, sunning ourselves, swimming, and playing games with family and friends.

Msnels Aug 18, 2009 11:51:00 AM

That dachshund pad is calling to me! My ideal summer day would be eating breakfast at Panera, watching a movie with popcorn, and shopping!

Lindsey B. Aug 18, 2009 3:50:00 PM

So cute!!

My favorite way to spend a work-free summer day is a bike ride to the beach or somewhere by the water, then enjoy the sun or the shade with a good book and some iced tea! Finishing out the night with a family dinner on the front porch watching the world go by. :)

Christy Aug 18, 2009 3:55:00 PM

My favorite work free day this summer has been to do yoga in the morning, chill by the pool in the afternoon and go wine tasting with my boyfriend in the evening and walk to a cute little cafe for a bite to eat.

love them!

If I were fortunate enough to get a day off this summer, I would wake up late, get together a small picnic basket of yummy lunch foods, and go camp out at a friend's pool, and simply relax all day with a book in my hand at all times. Then I'd return home to finally be able to hang out in my kitchen and make a real dinner!

ahhh... summer dreamin' :)

Christina Aug 20, 2009 11:40:00 AM

Hmmm...my perfect work-free summer day would be waking up to breakfast in bed (hubby does the work, not me!), lounging around watching the real desperate housewives of the OC, NY, NJ, and ATL, laying out by the pool, followed by a steakhouse dinner complete with an apple martini :)

lianne Aug 27, 2009 2:13:00 PM

Well mine would be a day by myself without ruby, so I would go to a coffee shop and sit there for a few hours and drink coffee. Then I would go to northstar (my favorite restaurant in columbus), sit outside and enjoy an awesome lunch! Then I would walk around and buy myself some new clothes in the adorable shops by northstar. Then I would get a pedicure and my hair cut.then my husband would take me out to an amazing dinner! Wow, this day sounds nice. I want to do this now!

mandy Aug 27, 2009 2:39:00 PM

my most favorite work-free day involves sipping homemade lemonade and enjoying the sun on our back deck while reading a wedding magazine! :)

Kara Aug 27, 2009 4:06:00 PM

I spend the day by the pool, and the evening with a glass of wine and a good book.

HandbagsbyJen Aug 27, 2009 4:27:00 PM

I think I would take my kids to the beach for a picnic and spend the day playing in the sand and water.

Kristin Mahler Aug 27, 2009 5:43:00 PM

oooh how I love summer days! I would spend it on the beach with friends for the sunshine hours and then have "sundowners" on the back porch for the sunset followed by a casual outdoor bbq! Great qiveaway :)

stigg100 Aug 28, 2009 1:55:00 AM

These are such cute designs! In the summer on my days off I like to sleep in and wake up to the bedroom filled with sunlight. Fresh fruit for breakfast and then a nice long hike with dog Charlie. When we get back I just am lazy all day until I grill out back and eat al fresco!

Kristin Oden Aug 28, 2009 10:15:00 PM

These are great! My current mouse pad looks so boring in comparison.
